The Subcommittee on Public Education moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 10a, line 3, after the word “education” by striking out the words “shall establish” and inserting the words  “may create”;

And

On page 1, section 10a, lines 3-4, after the “data” by striking out the words “before September 1, 2025,”.
